We ship anywhere internationally!

Shipping prices will vary depending on location. See prices at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship out, however it can take 4-6 business days following a major promotion, launch or holiday weekend. Orders ship from our warehouse in California via FedEx, USPS or UPS ground. Once an order has been processed you will receive email confirmation of shipment with tracking info.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free ground shipping to contiguous United States when making a purchase of $40 or more! Free ground shipping is only applicable to the lower 48 states and excludes any address not reachable exclusively by truck. Order amount must be at least $40 prior to tax and shipping charges. Bulk/Wholesale orders do not apply.

Any sales and promo codes offering Free Shipping (No Minimum) are only applicable to U.S. orders via ground shipping.

Damaged items

In the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged, please send an email to info@proluxcosmetics.com with a photo of the damage and your request for a replacement or refund. Please note that items are only eligible for replacement or refund if the actual product is damaged and not for cosmetic damages of packaging. You have 14 days from receipt to request a replacement/refund for damaged items.

Return Policy

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, less any shipping & handling costs. Return postage is not provided. Returns are not accepted for items that have been opened.
